Returns & Refunds Policy

At SisTees Designs, every shirt is made-to-order with care and creativity. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.

1. Exceptions — Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our shirts. If your item:

• Arrives damaged
• Print significantly fades, cracks, or peels OR the garment becomes unusable, despite following the care instructions we provided, you may be eligible for a replacement at no cost.

2. Proof Required

To process a replacement, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include:

• A clear photo of the issue
• A description of how the shirt was cared for
• Your order number or receipt

We reserve the right to deny a claim if the damage appears to be due to misuse, incorrect washing, or wear and tear over time.

3. Care Instructions Reminder

Each order includes care instructions. To help your shirt last:

• Wash inside-out in cold water
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents
• Tumble dry low or air dry
• Do not iron directly on the print
