You can place an order directly through our Shop by selecting the product, choosing your size, color, and design details, and adding it to your cart.

Yes! We accept single-item custom orders as well as bulk. Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind gift or a sample before a large order, we’ve got you covered. 

There is no minimum order quantity required, but bulk pricing generally starts at 10+ pieces. Fill out our Bulk Order Request form for a quote if you need large quantities. 

Yes! You can upload your own artwork, logos, or photos by filling out our Custom Order Request form. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files work best.

No problem! Tell us your idea and we’ll work with you to create a design that fits your vision!

Absolutely! We provide digital mockups for approval before production begins on custom orders. Final production only starts once you’re 100% happy with the design. 

We offer custom printing on t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, sweatshirts, tote bags, headbands, and more! If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to ask! 

Each product page includes a size chart. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll help guide you.

Yes! We offer a wide range of sizes from toddler to adult 3X in many of our products. If you don't see your size listed as an option to select, you can chose "Other" and then add the needed size in the Special Instruction box during checkout. 

Our Care Instructions are posted for your reference whenever you need them! We also include a care instructions card with every order!

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days for most orders. Bulk or custom orders may take longer depending on complexity. Rush options are available for certain situations — just ask!

Absolutely! We print for businesses, conferences, fundraisers, and more. We can help with branded apparel, giveaways, and promotional products. Just fill out our Bulk Order Request form to get started. 

Yes, we currently we are ONLY offering free in-person pickup from our location in Hutto, TX. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up!

Shipping options are currently not available. However, we are working on getting those options ready for you as soon as possible.

CashApp and cash are the only two payment options available right now. Additional online payments options are coming soon!

You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. After production has begun, changes and cancellations for a refund are not accepted. 

Because all of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error on our part. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information. 

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right ASAP!
